Job Summary

A company is looking for an MRP Estimator & Claims Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Generate accurate estimates for residential and commercial restoration or construction projects
Train and mentor team members on estimating standards and quality reviews
Serve as a subject matter expert and implement best practices across teams

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience required
10+ years of customer service experience, preferably in construction or home services
10+ years of experience with Xactimate/Symbility systems and project management tools
