MRT Bench Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MRT Bench Supervisor, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute daily workflow to the MRT Team and provide real-time feedback on performance
• Extract and format data for MRT processing and ensure proper system access for automated tasks
• Assist with onboarding new MRT access for clients and maintain workflow documentation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• At least four years of experience in medical records management, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Ability to understand and adhere to HIPAA and state regulations for the release of Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Technically savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and workflows
