MRT Bench Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of ROI specialists, the remote MRT Bench Supervisor will manage daily workflows, provide training and feedback, and ensure compliance with medical records protocols while completing processing tasks 40% of the time.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute daily workflow to the MRT Team and provide real-time feedback on performance
• Extract and format data for MRT processing, ensuring system access and tracking inventory tasks
• Document and escalate recurring performance issues while maintaining workflow documentation for consistency

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• At least four years of experience in medical records management, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and state regulations for the release of Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently while meeting productivity expectations
