MRT Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MRT Supervisor to lead a team of ROI specialists and manage workflow for multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute daily workflow and provide real-time feedback to the MRT Team
• Track and ensure remote access for MRT staff and facilitate onboarding for new clients
• Extract and format data for MRT processing and monitor bot tasks for accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred
• At least four years of experience in medical records management, preferably in healthcare
• Understanding of HIPAA and state regulations for Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Technically savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and workflows
