MS Dynamics 365 Commerce Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of digital commerce solutions, the full-time MS Dynamics 365 Commerce Consultant will optimize client eCommerce systems and provide expert guidance on best practices while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions, including scoping and deployment
• Advise clients on omnichannel commerce best practices, including online storefronts and order management
• Design solutions using Commerce Scale Units and Retail APIs, ensuring seamless integrations with other systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, with at least 2 years focused on Dynamics 365 Commerce or Dynamics AX for Retail
• Proven track record of leading successful eCommerce or omnichannel implementations
• Strong understanding of Commerce Scale Unit, POS, and inventory management
• Experience with Commerce SDK and Retail Server APIs
• Familiarity with Power Platform and Azure services
