MS Dynamics Architect Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing MS CRM practice, the full-time MS Dynamics Architect Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions while ensuring successful client adoption and system effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements and plan implementation according to scope, deadline, and budget
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM applications, leveraging Power Platform components to enhance functionality
• Run client workshops and assist in pre-sales activities, including responding to proposals and preparing demonstrations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including 2+ years focused on Dynamics 365 Commerce or Dynamics AX for Retail
• Proven track record of leading successful eCommerce or omnichannel implementations
• Strong understanding of Commerce Scale Unit, POS, order fulfillment, inventory, and pricing engines
• Experience with Commerce SDK, Retail Server APIs, or building custom storefronts/headless solutions is a strong plus
• Fluent in English, with excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
