MS Dynamics CRM Engineer

Job Summary

To support a wide variety of CRM deployments, the fully remote MS Dynamics CRM Engineer will develop, implement, and maintain applications while collaborating with architecture, UX, and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide production support for MS Dynamics/CRM applications and update Microsoft Powerautomate Cloud Flows
• Develop, test, and implement custom features and processes in Microsoft Dynamics and related Cloud Flows
• Consult with business to modernize processes by leveraging Powerautomate and Azure, while participating in business case creation and estimation of work

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
• At least 3 years of hands-on development experience with CRM solutions, specifically D365/CRM and/or Power Platform
• Experience building PowerApps and Flow structure-driven applications
• 5+ years of overall IT experience
• Good exposure to Common Data Services like Dataverse and integration with CRM solutions
