MS Dynamics Senior Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MS Dynamics Senior Developer with Federal / Veterans Affairs Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
• Configure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements and ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform)
• Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
