MS Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MS Engineer to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and share technical solutions with customers and team members
• Interface with customers' technical and business team members
• Guide customers in decision-making for less complex situations and escalate issues as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field preferred
• Experience in Network Data, Network Security, or Network Voice (UC)
• Basic knowledge in Cloud technologies
• Intermediate understanding of network design
• Knowledge of firewalls such as Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, and Fortinet
