MS365 Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

MS365 Solutions Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for SharePoint and M365 administration, business analysis, and user training to enhance digital workflows and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SharePoint site structures and manage user access and security settings
• Document current processes and design digital workflows while automating business processes using Power Automate
• Create user guides and training materials to promote SharePoint adoption across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Systems
• 3+ years of experience administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint site collection administration and automated workflows
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention, and Sensitivity Labels
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is preferred
