MSK Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MSK Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain patient medical documentation, schedule appointments, and provide status updates
• Communicate with injured workers/patients through various channels during their recovery
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage referrals and resolve patient-specific issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution (preferred)
• Three to five years of progressively responsible customer service experience
• Three years of related experience in provider relations or health care
• Strong medical background with a comprehensive understanding of medical terminology
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
