MSN Specialty Program Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the MSN Specialty Program, the full-time Academic Program Coordinator will manage faculty, mentor students, and ensure curriculum relevance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for the designated specialty, staying current with industry trends
• Manage and coach faculty performance, leading meetings to foster communication and shared governance
• Respond to student concerns and oversee the onboarding of new faculty, maintaining updated records

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree in a relevant discipline with specialty certification and work experience
• Three to five years of graduate-level teaching experience, with online teaching preferred
• Commitment to advocating for the learning needs of students in a distance learning environment
• Ability to mentor and motivate adult learners with diverse backgrounds and learning styles
• Experience in maintaining industry connections to support curriculum development
