Job Summary
To drive business growth in IT services and CMMC compliance, the full-time MSP Account Executive will manage client relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure service delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop client accounts to foster long-term relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT services sector
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and compliance with CMMC standards
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or sales within the IT services industry
- Understanding of CMMC compliance requirements and related IT frameworks
- Strong ability to identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively
