Job Summary

To manage end-to-end delivery operations for the contingent workforce program within Tennessee, the full-time remote MSP Account Manager will ensure timely requisition fulfillment, cultivate client relationships, and monitor program performance against KPIs.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage delivery operations for contingent workforce programs, ensuring quality requisition fulfillment
  • Cultivate strong relationships with client stakeholders and supplier partners, serving as the primary contact for program matters
  • Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed while providing ongoing client support
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of account management experience in staffing or recruiting, particularly within the public sector
  • Knowledge of engagement types, including Time and Materials (T&M) and Statement of Work (SOW) project delivery
  • Prior experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and contingent workforce management
  • Proven ability to grow accounts and manage operational delivery effectively
