Job Summary
Managing contingent workforce programs for multiple clients, the full-time MSP Account Manager will oversee program P&L operations, maintain proficiency with VMS tools, and provide exceptional customer service in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and manage contingent workforce programs, fulfilling project needs through effective supplier sourcing
- Oversee program profitability and return on sales for multiple MSP accounts
- Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs and implementing value-added solutions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing staffing or workforce solutions accounts
- Proven track record in complex client environments involving MSP or multi-vendor programs
- Advanced proficiency in VMS platforms such as IQNavigator, Fieldglass, Beeline, and VNDLY
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance and develop growth strategies
- Demonstrated leadership and client-facing skills, with expertise in team management
