Job Summary

A company is looking for an MSP Service Desk & Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first- and second-level technical support to clients via various communication channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical issues, escalating complex problems as necessary
  • Document all support activities and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking concepts
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and ticketing/PSA systems
  • Familiarity with RMM tools and endpoint security concepts
  • Understanding of user account management in Active Directory/Azure AD
