MTR Support Technician

Job Summary

Providing hands-on and remote support for meeting room technology, the contract MTR Support Technician will administer Microsoft Teams Rooms environments, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and deliver technical assistance for collaboration hardware and software in Downers Grove, Illinois.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Teams Rooms environments to ensure systems are available and properly configured
• Troubleshoot network and device connectivity issues affecting room systems and coordinate problem resolution
• Provide remote support to diagnose and resolve incidents involving conferencing platforms and integrated room technology

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms administration
• Working knowledge of Logitech Sync and Pro Portal for managing collaboration devices
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online administration
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID for identity and access support functions
• Ability to troubleshoot network-related issues affecting room technology
