Job Summary
To support a growing Professional Services sales team, the full-time remote MuleSoft Account Partner will build relationships with customers, drive account planning, and generate significant business value from Salesforce/MuleSoft investments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve their business goals
- Develop and execute account and territory plans, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and timeframes
- Generate pipeline through collaboration across teams and self-origination, focusing on professional services sales
Required qualifications
- Professional services sales background or experience in consultative sales and project delivery
- Ability to scope and strategically plan engagements with customers
- Experience in assessing business value outcomes and developing structured programs to realize that value
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong ability to engage with C-level executives and build long-term trusted advisor relationships
