Job Summary

Providing 3rd line support and maintaining software systems, the remote MuleSoft Developer (Software Maintenance Engineer) will troubleshoot issues, enhance applications, and assist the development team with various tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support and troubleshoot software issues using MuleSoft
• Maintain and enhance existing software applications while collaborating with the team on system enhancements
• Participate in customer and project interviews to gather requirements and discuss solutions

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of MuleSoft and the Anypoint Platform
• Previous experience in a similar 3rd line support role
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues
• Background in maintaining and enhancing software applications
• Excellent English language skills (B2 level)
