Job Summary

To support multiple lines of business, the contract MuleSoft Developer will develop and maintain APIs within an Agile environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement with the API Management Platform, with the option to work remotely or onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain APIs, advocating for the API Management platform across various business lines
• Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts, and Service Managers to drive API adoption and best practices
• Manage competing business priorities while learning complex business operations quickly

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in programming, design, development, and applications support
• Familiarity with MuleSoft, AWS API Gateways, and API Security protocols (OAuth, OIDC, mTLS)
• Practical knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture, Microservices, and API Gateways
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and communicate technical vision effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
