MuleSoft Platform Administrator

Job Summary

Owning the operational stability and performance of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, the full-time MuleSoft Platform Administrator will manage integrations and automation across cloud and hybrid environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring operational health and performance across environments
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and manage incident responses for integration and API failures
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to enforce platform standards and implement security best practices

Required qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience supporting enterprise-class applications or integration platforms
• Three or more years of hands-on administration and engineering of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Strong experience operating MuleSoft in production environments, including CloudHub and Runtime Fabric
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps
• Experience with API-led connectivity and supporting EDI and B2B connectivity
