Job Summary
Designing secure and cost-efficient multi-cloud architectures, the remote contract Multi-Cloud Architect (GCP + AWS) will create isolated landing zones for customers on Google Cloud and AWS, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency for voice and chat applications.
Key responsibilities
- Design multi-cloud architecture, including GCP resource hierarchy and AWS account patterns
- Define IAM models and design landing zones for knowledge services, ensuring security and data residency
- Produce architecture diagrams and collaborate with DevOps to implement Infrastructure-as-Code patterns
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud architecture or senior infrastructure engineering with hands-on experience in GCP and AWS
- Experience in designing isolated multi-tenant or customer-specific cloud environments
- Ability to produce Infrastructure-as-Code ready designs
- Experience architecting platforms for conversational or contact-center workloads
- Preferred certifications: Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect and/or AWS Solutions Architect Professional
