Job Summary
To coordinate and scale Generation's delivery across multiple satellite markets in West and East Africa, the full-time Multi-Country Programme Manager will manage programme design, in-country coordination, and cross-border operational problem-solving while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of multi-country cohorts, ensuring consistent implementation of Generation's methodology and quality standards
- Manage In-country Coordinators and support local partnership development to enhance programme delivery
- Navigate operational challenges unique to multi-country delivery, including compliance with local regulations and cross-border payments
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in programme management, operations, or project coordination, preferably in international development or workforce development
- Proven track record of managing multi-country programmes and coordinating remote teams
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Asana or Salesforce
- Experience in driving performance in remote settings and coaching dispersed teams
- Familiarity with the regulatory and operational nuances of Nigeria, Kenya, and Ethiopia is desirable
