Multi Domain Compliance Manager
Job Summary
To support compliance initiatives across multiple domains, the full-time Multi Domain Compliance Program Manager will coordinate with product, engineering, and compliance teams remotely to ensure adherence to requirements related to Responsible AI, Privacy, Accessibility, and the Digital Markets Act.
Key responsibilities
- Support compliance teams in managing feature inventories and organizing reviews of new features
- Update compliance guidance documentation and assist with ADO work items related to compliance activities
- Prepare and share status updates for stakeholders, capturing meeting notes and action items for alignment
Required qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience in program or project management, particularly in compliance, governance, or regulatory initiatives
- Strong analytical and organizational skills for breaking down complex requirements into structured tasks
- Excellent communication skills, with experience working across diverse groups and levels
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Power BI or similar tools for tracking and reporting
- Experience in contributing to process improvements and compliance enablement programs
