Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multi-Line Appraisals Manager to oversee the operations and success of their Specialty Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the success of the Specialty Team, driving individual and organizational performance
• Recommend workforce models and strategies to reduce costs associated with virtual specialty claims
• Build and manage workflows to increase operational efficiency and report on data-driven outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of specialty appraisal or repair experience, including 2 years in management
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
• Extensive knowledge of insurance principles related to appraisal decisions
• Working experience with estimating platforms such as Mitchell, CCC, or Audatex
• Extensive specialty vehicle knowledge, including recreational and commercial vehicles
