Job Summary

Leading multi-market Project & Development Services delivery, the full-time Multi-Market Lead will coordinate business development efforts, establish governance structures, and oversee performance management across various regions while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-market pursuits, ensuring alignment on strategy, pricing, and delivery approach
• Establish structured account management frameworks and governance models for national clients
• Monitor financial performance and client satisfaction across active multi-market accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred
• 12+ years of experience in project management, construction management, real estate, or professional services
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-market or national accounts
• Strong background in business development and client relationship management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization
