Multi-State Clinical Operations Director

Job Summary

Owning the operational engine of the ACCESS program, the part-time Multi-State Clinical Operations Director will ensure the efficient and safe management of a multi-state virtual clinic while focusing on patient outcomes and operational compliance across up to 50 states.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, compliance, billing, and vendor management
• Collaborate with the Medical Director to implement new clinical programs and develop operational metrics
• Manage clinician hiring processes and operational performance of the care team

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare operations experience, particularly in multi-site or multi-state practices
• Proven experience in scaling virtual care models and understanding of telehealth compliance
• Direct experience with billing, revenue cycle management, and G-code submissions
• Exceptional skills in creating operational frameworks and KPIs
• Ability to operate independently in early-stage environments and build infrastructure
