Multi-State Licensed APP Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of Nurse Practitioner Clinical Reviewers, the full-time remote Multi-State Licensed APP Manager will oversee team performance, conduct chart reviews, and provide clinical education in chronic care management and remote patient monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage APPR employees by providing operational oversight and regular feedback to ensure productivity
• Conduct interviews and assist with onboarding and ongoing training for new hires and contractors
• Perform monthly and quarterly chart reviews to ensure adherence to current processes and collaborate with various departments for staff training and credentialing

Required qualifications

• Active and unrestricted multi-state license with MSN and National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
• At least 2 years of APP experience, preferably in primary care or chronic care management
• Experience with PCC, Teams, and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
