Job Summary

Leading an individual litigation team, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Associate Attorney will oversee litigation strategies for a high volume consumer debt docket while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee all settlement negotiations
• Review and respond to all court pleadings while maintaining a high volume docket
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and opposing counsel

Required qualifications:

• Preferably 2+ years of litigation experience
• Juris Doctor with significant communication and management skills
• Superior analytic skills
• Computer proficiency
• Must pass a background check
