Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Guide: Cardiology Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote nursing assessments and provide clinical education tailored to individual member needs
• Develop care plans in collaboration with members and their caregivers while evaluating progress
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective healthcare delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active multi-state Compact RN license
• Minimum of 4 years of RN experience, with at least 2 years in a non-ICU cardiac-focused setting
• Experience with telehealth or remote healthcare delivery preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Experience working in the Medicare Advantage landscape is desirable
