Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster specializing in Liability and Bodily Injury for multi-state jurisdictions, with reciprocal licensing required, in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex bodily injury and attorney-represented liability claims from investigation through resolution
• Oversee reserve strategy, settlement negotiations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary contact for claimants and clients, maintaining clear communication and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Licenses as required; reciprocal licensing is necessary
• Four (4) years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Professional certifications applicable to the line of business preferred
• Experience in multi-state jurisdiction claims handling
