Job Summary

Managing General Liability claims, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve claims while providing exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims by making informed decisions and planning appropriate actions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to clients' and corporate policies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active multi-state adjusters' license preferred (TX or FL); must be willing to obtain others as required
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
