Multi-State Licensed Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve General Liability claims, ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and determine appropriate resolutions in line with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activities efficiently to support the outcome of the claims file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active multi-state adjusters' license preferred (TX or FL); must be willing to obtain additional licenses as required
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
