Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve General Liability claims while ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims in accordance with policies and regulations
- Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 8-10 years of experience with Auto and General Liability claims
- Active multi-state adjusters' license preferred; must be willing to obtain additional licenses as required
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with claims and business software
