Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Claims Adjuster will manage General Liability claims for the restaurant sector, utilizing claims management experience to analyze exposure, resolve claims, and provide exceptional customer service to claimants.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve General Liability claims while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations
- Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Active multi-state adjusters license preferred (TX or FL) with willingness to obtain additional licenses
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
