Job Summary

A company is looking for a Liability Claims Examiner III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, process, and conclude assigned claims, including investigation and evaluation of complex Auto and General Liability Casualty Claims
  • Oversee outside investigative service providers and collaborate with clients and their counsel to advance claims to conclusion
  • Prepare Loss Reports and assess exposure, reserves, and settlement recommendations


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of commercial auto and general liability casualty-related experience
  • At least 5-7 years of Commercial Automobile and General Liability claims experience required
  • Knowledge of claims handling concepts, practices, and techniques
  • Multi-state adjuster licensure and/or ability to obtain licenses through home-state reciprocity
