Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Liability Claims Examiner III.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, process, and conclude assigned claims, including investigation and evaluation of complex Professional Liability claims
• Oversee outside investigative service providers and collaborate with clients and legal counsel to advance claims to resolution
• Prepare Loss Reports and assess exposure, reserves, and settlement recommendations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• At least 7-10 years of experience in Commercial Automobile and General Liability claims
• Knowledge of claims handling concepts and practices
• Multi-state adjuster licensure or ability to obtain through reciprocity or examinations
• AICPCU industry designations preferred
