Multi-State Licensed Functional Medicine Physician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Medicine Physician to provide patient-centric care through telemedicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient health history and lab work to develop personalized care plans
• Conduct initial telehealth consultations to assess treatment needs
• Update patient charts and communicate effectively with other providers

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified physician (MD or DO) from a US-accredited medical school
• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing physician
• Active state licenses in at least 2 specified states and a current DEA
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy and healing peptides
