Multi-State Licensed GI Registered Nurse
Job Summary
To support a dynamic GI healthcare team, the full-time Multi-State Licensed GI Registered Nurse will provide clinical triage, manage patient care workflows, and coordinate with healthcare providers while working remotely and participating in a rotating on-call schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute clinical triage for patient-reported symptoms and manage urgent symptom escalations
- Oversee lab and imaging results, ensuring timely communication and patient education
- Support Advanced Practice Providers by managing inboxes and maintaining continuity of care during their absence
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license with the ability to hold multi-state licensure
- Experience in clinical triage and high-volume patient inbox management
- Clinical expertise in specialized GI pathways, including IBD and IBS
- Proven ability to lead urgent symptom escalations and critical incident workflows
- Mastery in navigating EHR and communication technologies such as AthenaOne and Slack
