Multi-State Licensed Intake Nurse

Job Summary

Providing outstanding care for members with chronic conditions, the full-time remote Multi-State Licensed Intake Nurse will establish trust with new members, gather medical information, and assist in their enrollment process while ensuring a welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and informative experience for new members during their enrollment process
• Collect and verify pertinent medical information accurately
• Educate new members on program details and device usage expectations

Required qualifications

• Current, active, unrestricted LPN multi-state compact license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on nursing experience, with a preference for telehealth and chronic care management
• EHR experience, particularly with AthenaHealth, is a plus
• Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
