Multi-State Licensed Lead Physician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Physician for its Virtual Urgent Care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct high-quality patient care via telemedicine while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Supervise a group of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and support their professional growth
• Conduct quality assurance audits and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO from an ACGME accredited medical school
• Active Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• 5+ years of outpatient urgent care or emergency medicine experience
• 1+ year of experience leading a team of clinicians
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least 3 of the specified states
