Multi-State Licensed Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a nationwide team of providers, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Licensing Specialist will manage the licensing process for nurse practitioners across all 50 states, ensuring compliance and timely renewals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in obtaining new state nursing licenses and prioritize applications based on business needs
• Coordinate the collection and submission of required documentation for NP license applications
• Maintain accurate records of licensing activity and provide regular status updates to leadership

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare licensing, credentialing, or compliance
• Experience with multi-state nursing/provider licensure or the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated proactive behavior and a goal-oriented mindset
