Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer to join their remote-based lending team.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the loan process, providing exceptional customer experience
• Analyze financial situations and structure tailored loan offers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve qualification issues and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• Active MLO license with authorization to operate in four or more states
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Direct-to-Consumer loan officer
• 3+ years in a call center environment
• Expertise in various mortgage products, including Conventional and FHA
• Proficiency in CRM and Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
