Multi-State Licensed Loan Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer to join their remote-based lending team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience by guiding clients through the loan process
• Analyze financial situations and structure tailored loan offers for clients
• Communicate proactively with borrowers and collaborate with internal teams to resolve qualification issues

Required Qualifications

• Active MLO license with authorization to operate in four or more states
• Minimum of 3 years of consecutive experience as a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) loan officer
• 3+ years in a call center environment
• Expertise in various mortgage products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and more
• Proficiency in CRM and Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
