Multi-State Licensed Medical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director to oversee and enhance their psychiatry services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical leaders to define and execute strategic direction for psychiatric care
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of psychiatrists and advanced practice providers
• Provide direct psychiatric care and develop protocols to ensure evidence-based treatment

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Psychiatry; subspecialty in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry preferred
• Active medical license in at least one U.S. state with willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
• Experience managing large behavioral health teams in a high-growth environment
• Proven success in strategic leadership and team development
