Multi-State Licensed NP for HRT

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth organization, remote 1099 NPs & APRNs specializing in Hormone Replacement Therapy will conduct virtual consultations, diagnose hormone imbalances, and manage treatment plans for patients seeking hormone optimization and wellness care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured virtual consultations for patients seeking hormone optimization and wellness care
• Review lab results, diagnose hormone imbalances, and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Initiate and manage HRT protocols, including prescribing and patient education on care strategies

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy
• Active NP or APRN licenses in at least 6 U.S. states
• Active, unrestricted DEA license
• Experience treating both male and female patients
• Strong understanding of endocrine health and preventative care protocols
