Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Virtual Health Assessment (1099).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative care screenings, medication reconciliation, and provide health coaching and treatment
• Outreach to chronically ill members and engage those less likely to see their PCP
• Interact with members virtually for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, or ENP from an accredited program
• Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Compact RN license
• 3+ years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
• Licensed in at least 2 states, including Florida, Texas, Ohio, or New Jersey
