Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Virtual Primary Care (1099).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment for patients
• Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions and provide preventive care and wellness counseling
• Produce clear encounter visit notes and collaborate with physicians under necessary agreements

Required Qualifications

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• At least 5 years of primary care experience, including adults and pediatrics
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licenses in a minimum of 15 states
• At least 1 year of remote work experience preferred
• Adaptability to evolving technology, including AI-driven tools and digital platforms
