Job Summary
To support a growing interdisciplinary medical weight loss team, a full-time Multi-State Licensed Nurse Practitioner will deliver virtual primary care focused on obesity management, diagnosing and treating patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive virtual medical weight loss care, including patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care and engagement
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and adjust care plans as clinically indicated
Required qualifications
- Active, unencumbered NP, APRN license in good standing with eligibility in designated states
- Board certification in Family or Adult by a recognized certifying body (ANCC/AANP)
- Minimum of 5 years' clinical experience, including at least 1 year in obesity medicine and telemedicine
- Multi-state licensure, actively holding 7+ state licenses with valid prescriptive authority
- Commitment to health equity and providing culturally relevant care
