Job Summary

Seeking experienced Multi-State Licensed Nurse Practitioners, the remote 1099 opportunity focuses on delivering hormone replacement therapy (HRT) care to both men and women, with flexible part-time and full-time schedules available.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured virtual consultations and develop evidence-based treatment plans for hormone optimization
• Initiate and manage HRT protocols, including prescribing and follow-up care
• Collaborate with a clinical and administrative support team to ensure a seamless patient experience

Required qualifications

• Active NP license in a minimum of 6 U.S. states, with demand for California, Texas, New York, and Colorado licenses
• Active, unrestricted DEA license with the ability to prescribe controlled substances
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy for both male and female patients
• Strong understanding of endocrine health, preventative care, and optimization protocols
• Experience managing testosterone therapy, estrogen/progesterone therapy, and ongoing lab monitoring
